After 10th & 12th there are so many field to do study. Mostly students join colleges and after college they join university. But they only know about degree course not about diploma course. It is necessary that after class 10th every students should have to know about degree and diploma courses. After higher learning students join college and university to earn degree but if student does not have interest in therotical learning for those students diploma is best. When you earn a degree, you accomplish a big step. You gain knowledge, skills and experience to help you both in your career and in life. Teaching, Journalism, Human Resources, Retail management etc jobs which you can get with a degree. If you complete diploma obviously you will get a job in companies and you will start earning. After diploma you can work in any sector private or public. For example diploma in engineering, management, accounting, finance, marketing and more.

Difference between Diploma and Degree!

 Degree : Generally, a degree course is offered by an college or university. A degree course is completed within 3 - 5 years. It takes more time to complete, in compare to diploma course. After 12th students join college and after finishing college they join university for degree. It takes lots of time while compare to diploma. A degree given to students of a higher learning institution signifying required credits have been obtained in specific areas of study. An academic degree is a qualification awarded to students upon successful completion of a course of study in higher education usually at a college or university. In this course students mainly focus on theoretical knowledge rather than practical knowledge. Least qualification to apply admission for this course is class 12th. There are three types of degree 1) Bachelor 2) Master and last one is 3) Doctorate. Diploma's students have only knowledge of one subject whereas in in this course student not only have knowledge about particular subject but also other subjects.



 Diploma : A diploma programme is provided by the educational institution and even by college. Diploma is a short term course generally 2 - 3 years which mainly focus on training students in particular field. The admission to diploma course can be taken after clearing high school examination (10th). Diploma is being done through recognized university or an educational institution. Diploma course is completed within short period. Least qualification to apply admission for diploma is class 10th. There are two types of diploma 1) is Graduate and another is 2) Post Graduate. Usually degree's certificate is provided by university but   in this field that means in diploma course certificate is provided by its college or institution. If you want to do job in short period so diploma is best for you because its fees is not so expansive and also it didn't much time like degree course.
