Difference Between Prepaid and Postpaid SIM?

PREPAID

Prepaid:- By hearing the more Prepaid we can already understood what it is meant. That means in simple word we can say 'Prepaid' means 'before'. In this plan we have to give money before doing recharge in mobile. In the Prepaid SIM, call to the internet will to be recharge first. In this SIM we have to recharge first then only our SIM could work.

Prepaid means first we have to pay money. As for example ,in our mobile we first pay money then only recharge is done. But it is only for prepaid SIM user not for Postpaid SIM users. Users are generally those who do not have major use of internet throughout the day .This SIM users can take loon in Emergency time by SIM provider.

POSTPAID

Postpaid: In this plan we gave amount after using the internet. In simple word we can say that 'post' means 'after'.In prepaid Sim card we have to pay amount before doing recharge whereas in postpaid SIM Cards we can use internet then we pay its amount. Postpaid SIM is opposite of prepaid SIM


This Postpaid SIM user can pay amount in month or in a year. Either it is paid in a month or in a year it depend on that user. How he/she wanted to use it. Credit card is necessary for postpaid SIM users. Prepaid SIM are mostly used in india compared to Postpaid SIM.
